Re: NAD
Indeed, we need more information, but if it is just a case that you want to grow your muscles, then creatine would be a much better supplement to take than NAD/NMN/NR.

Doesn't that mean you've got your NAD+ levels back up to much more youthful levels hence you just don't need to take as much to maintain at this level?

Re: Apigenin: What is the main benefit?
Apigenin has a blocking effect on CD38. CD38 blocks the salvage pathway of NADH converting back into NAD+. Re: Oleic Acid as a Sirtuin Activator and why Canola oil may be best
I tasted our olive oil and it's awful. I can't tell if it is bad, I would have thought it would taste rather sweet. i like the idea of just taking a capsule. The more peppery/bitter the taste with hot/burning sensation on the back of the throat, the more polyphenols and better it is for you. The ...

Re: AKG Alpha-Ketoglutarate Age Reversal proof by Dr. David Sinclair
I really don't trust olive oil to be the quality it portends to be, we are going with Sunflower oil. Totally agree that you really need to know the origin of your Olive Oil for it to be trustworthy, but don't do Sunflower oil instead. The way that is processed destroys all the goodness. (Its the ...

Re: Over two years to get Covid
The vaccine doesn't stop one from contracting CoVid, it just tells the body how to deal with it when you do catch it.
If you aren't coughing there must be a low probability of you passing it on.
Fingers crossed for you and your mother.

Re: NMN with Apigenin
Apigenin is not just about NAD+. It is also anti-cancer, lowers cortisol, lowers inflammation (bad at any age) and increases testosterone as per recent study: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/20537519/ I think CD38 accelerates as one gets older which is probably what decreases the NAD+. I've cut r...
