Thanks - makes sense that it's all the heart related stuff that can become corrected once you get into that virtuous circle of weight loss...more energy....more exercise....more weight loss....etc. and NMN appears to be great for kickstarting that process especially amongst older people.

Caffeine has a half life of around 5 hours which means after a midday cup of coffee, a quarter of it will still be floating around at 10pm. I wouldn't have any caffeinated drinks after midday. Also its blue-light BLOCKING glasses that you want, otherwise I agree 100% with Pickleball.

Sounds like you are getting some serious positive effects from the NMN - I'd keep going with the exact same amounts as now as it sounds like you've hit the sweet spot for your body straight off.  All I would say is, as you are taking Calcium and Vit D, you really ought to take Vitamin K as well, as ...

I wouldn't worry about eating at 7pm as long as you have a good 3-4 hours to digest it all before going to sleep.

If you are taking the LIPO versions you don't need any yogurt.

My tips would be exercise daily for at least 5 days in the week (but have one or two days of rest).  The quicker useful exercises that should be done daily are as previously mentioned, the plank, squats with some weights and dead lifts as these are all body exercises and hip hinging is very importan...
