THis is a puzzle. Hard to beleive it isn't just a young teenager posing as an adult. A lot of things had a happen genetically for him to be in this state. I wonder what his outcome will be. This is barely puberty, yet he seems to be able to have a mature relationship with his 20-somthing girl friend...

I think the precursors were used since Glutiathone itself had poor bioavailability ... but now with LSG, not a concern.

Re: Push-Up

I agree. When it comes to calisthenics, I think pushups are the main event. I also consider the bench press to be the main event at the gym.

If there was ever motivation to have the right weight for your body type, it is the pushup.

Re: How many people are struggling to keep exercising?

Can't believe it. Did my third 'run' on the treadmill last night and i am looking foreward to doing one tonight.

I will alternate days soon with some muscle work, but will keep this up until i have done an actual aerobic run.

Carrots and Cucumber my go to fasting cheats

I am working up to a3 day fast. I manage about a day then just catch up on my eating.

I am on day 2 again and this time will chew carrot and cucumber when i am tempted. This is a new thing for me but i would like to do a big fast this summer. So let's say i am in training.

Well I guess I will try it too.

Funny, as a guy, I will never wear make-up, but i don't mind making my skin look better from beneath.

Re: Exercise as senolytics

I think if you want to triple the impact of exercise as a senolytic. Do it while fasting at least once a week.

Yes I think whenever you even skip one day you reset the clock on Homeostasis.

I generally skip just one day a week.
