Re: Stress and sugar
I think in general, we consume too much sugar. Not everyone, but I know I do. everything from Drinking, soda, and desserts have had to go for me, and the difference is immediately noticeable. I must have had a low grade yeast infection going on.. because I had cankers on the corners of my mouth, and...

Re: Day 2 of 7 day fast
I haven't gotten further than 2 days myself, but i am gradually rotating the meals I fast and the days I fast - i suppose partly to keep my body guessing, and also because it is a very big thing to fast for 5 days. I hope you get this done, more power to you - but i think the big thing is to keep fa...

Re: Article: "Michael Greve: Longevity Pioneer"
Of all the websites that would have an article spotlighting a "longevity pioneer", I would never have guessed it would be Red Bull (yes, the drink!)! Check out this super interesting article about a gazillionaire named Michael Greve who's donated heaps of money to longevity research as we...

Liposomal NMN and Resveratrol
I squirt about 1.5 pumps into a teaspoon morning and night.
I think this is better even then the capsules, since it is a 2-in-1 formula.
Awesome.

Re: Best Renue product for acne scars?
I don't have a lot of scarring on my face. But I do have a couple permanent blemishes in my cheek area. Have anyone notices scar reduction with a Renue product? and if so, which one were you using. Would appreciate any input or ideas. This thread has good info: https://alivebyscience.com/forums/v...

Re: NAD+ Skin care, and skin scars disappearing
It looks like the Renue lotion is good for scars. Well this has been exciting. I have had light acne scars on my forehead that i just got used to, and they are dwindling away - getting smaller and tiny bits of skin are slloughing off once a week or so.. it is like the lotion can identify scar tissu...

Re: Natural mTOR-inhibitors for longevity
I think i am going to try a 5 day fast.
I don't know if one tapers down at first, or if it is more 'cold turkey'.
I am going to make some soup as i understand there is around 500 calories permitted per day, as long as there isn't too much protein.
