mhoude wrote: Wed Jun 21, 2023 8:37 pm Hi,

I was wondering if I could break the capsules to mix them in a smoothie or yogurt or if I must absolutely take them in the capsule form ?

Thanks

Yes, you can break them open and mix them if you want.

Board Stability Issued Resolved

Our forum has had issues with stability and consistent performance for the past few months.  We recently made some technical changes that may have fixed the issues we were having, so we're crossing our fingers.  We hope you will point out any problems that still exist, but so far it looks like we're...

Re: 78 year-old newbie Starting NMN... need advice!

You might be experiencing low methyl pools, which can happen to some people with already low methyl groups.  The solution is to methylate with TMG supplements.  This will raise your levels of dopamine and creatine and you should feel less tired, more energetic.

Re: Any mood changes while taking NMN?

Yes, again... Could be coincidence but I am experiencing unexplained anxiety which is quite a physical thing as oppose to it feeling psychological.  It may be the NMN or resveratrol?  I was taking 1g of NMN but I think, from today, I'm going to reduce to 500mg. I'm only 120 pounds and 46 so I think...

Re: 78 year-old newbie Starting NMN... need advice!

Hi Everybody, My wife and I are in our late 70s and rather belatedly starting (hopefully) anti-ageing! We are taking Berberine, (tried and, due to dizziness, stopped Resveratrol), and now taking ~600mg of NMN powder with breakfast. Let's concentrate on the NMN. We are not sure if it is working nor ...

Re: New Harvard-led study says good sleep hygiene can add years to your life

I have had trouble with my mother waking up at night with Sundown Syndrom.  It got to the point where it was every night from 3 am to 6 am.  Needless to say, I haven't been getting good sleep.  A friend suggest CBD gummies.  I tried everythingn else, so I figured I'd give it a try.  Gave her half o...

Unlocking the Fountain of Youth: Dietary Supplement Reverses Aging by Countering Menin Loss

The hypothalamus is a small gland in the brain that plays a significant role in regulating many physiological processes, including aging.  A new study shows that a dietary amino acid supplement called l-serine can reverse aging by countering a decline in hypothalamic menin. Menin is a protein in the...

Re: Prof. George Church on Cellular Reprogramming and Longevity

ome things are beyond epigenetic repair, such as when all copies of a particular necessary gene, like a tumor suppressor, have been completely wiped away over time.   Since epigenetic repair isn't available as an off-the-shelf product right now, perhaps it makes sense to conserve (freeze?) our gene...

I'm taking almost all of the products from renuebyscience, but this got me worried. I suspect that keyword here is NEGATIVLY charged. Any comments on this from Renue by Science? Interview on twitter is in the link below. Thx in advance BioTech Expert Christie Grace on How Lipid Nanoparticles May Be...

Prof. George Church on Cellular Reprogramming and Longevity

We hadn't heard from George Church at Harvard in awhile but in a recent interview, he gave some of his thoughts on where we are with cellular reprogramming. According to Church, there are two schools of thought on how to reverse aging.  One says aging occurs from damage to proteins, lipids, RNA, and...
