Re: Green Tea Is Associated With Reduced All-Cause Mortality Risk

A 2015 study showed that green tea (up to 5 cups per day) was associated with a reduced all-cause mortality risk. The study included a total of about 165,000 people. Another study in 2019 of more than 313,000 people also showed a statistically significant reduced mortality risk. View the YouTube vi...

Calorie Restriction Slows Pace of Aging in Healthy Adults

The theory that calorie restriction slows the pace of aging and extends lifespan has been proven in worms, flies, and mice but never in humans... until now. For the first time, we have a randomized controlled human trial that shows  reducing calories by 25% slowed the pace of aging and reduced morta...

Re: Mayo Clinc Protocol?

Personally, I would follow the 5 month protocol to the T. I think you will be impressed with the outcome. Fisetin is a very powerful Senolytic.   Yes I plan to complete the entire 5 month protocol. My previous question was if I should also continure to do my "daily" 125mg dose after the 3...

Re: Experience Reversing Age?

Hi all, A general question - I've been on Lipo Nad+ complete and the Lipo Activator for a couple of month so far and feel good. I'm 36 so this is likely a maintenance/longevity investment VS trying to recapture my youth. That said - I've noticed that I no longer get hangovers and would say I'm look...

Re: Is "Life Extension's Senolytic Activator" any good?

How much Fisetin is needed to properly clear out senescent cells? I'm on the Renue Lipo Acticator which is 245mg a week if taken daily? Do we think is should start taking twice as much?   You will need higher doses of fisetin than the Activator product provides.  I suggest buying the RBS LIPO Fiset...

Is it cause by RBS Lipo version? Should we stop using it?
Also pray for a fast recovery 🙏

No, there isn't a single study showing that any NAD+ boosters CAUSE cancer and in fact I think his condition is more high or fluctuating blood pressure issues.  I would need to confirm with him.

Will Revitalizing Old Blood Slow Aging?

Based on a new study in Nature Cell Biology, it may be possible to reverse the age of blood in older adults by returning blood stem cells to a younger state. Blood cells are all created by a small number of stem cells inside bone marrow, called hematopoietic stem cells.  Over time, these cells produ...
