Re: Testosterone
I will turn 62 at the end of this month, so anything in the 500's is good at this point and I do feel NMN is keeping that number high, as well as other factors. ALL markers of age in InnerAge test were optimal range. Exercise and NMN. This is what I will continue to do.

Re: Testosterone
Great job, Ben! Glad to hear it. Over 300 is good. I had low-T years ago and was diagnosed with a cyst on my pituitary gland that secreted prolactin, a hormone that counteracts testosterone. Got on medication that controlled that and now my testosterone is back up over 500. I do feel like NMN has he...

Re: Exactly Where is Sinclair on Rolling Back Age?
I feel like all this NMN and resveratrol is becoming not that important . It’s almost as if SINCLAIR’s hinting at another way to stay young. NMN is still important but most things pale in comparison to an actual cure for old age. NMN is a bridge to help you get to the cure. Having a longer healthsp...

Re: NAD+ Nasal Spray Dosage
I agree you get a more immediate boost from the NAD+ nasal spray. I take it right after my morning dose of NMN and the morning fog is lifted.

Re: Best Dosage?
While I'm at it don't forget 500-750mg of NAC as well. In Sinclair's mouse studies, NAC increased the endurance of mice in treadmill tests by 40 percent. NAC and NMN have a synergistic effect. I assume this is, N-Acetyl Cysteine, correct? Would you happen to have a link to the mouse study you're re...

Re: Best Dosage?
I must have missed that Sinclair said that he takes TMG. Out of curiosity, where did you read that? I´d like to see the reasoning in his own words (I´m not done with his book, maybe it´s in there). I already take 1 g of TMG. I honestly don't remember where I heard this. I wish I took notes on every...

Re: Best Dosage?
From what I understand, Sinclair is taking Trimethylglycine (TMG) as a precaution against loss of methyl groups. One theory put forth by Dr. Chris Masterjohn in a fairly recent podcast with Peter Attia is that one of two things happen to NMN after it enters the body. It either gets converted to NAD+...

Re: Mayo Clinic Human Trial using Fisetin
This is super interesting. To me this falls under the “why not” category if it seems that there are no safety concerns around fisetin. Yes, in fact it's so safe I'm repeating the clinical trial again. It's been about 3-4 months since the first time I tried it. I was hoping to get some guidance from...

Re: Testosterone
Thanks so much Jocko! I am going to sign up for this and am looking forward to seeing my results now and a year from now. I am curious to know my vitamin D levels. I am currently listening to a Rhonda Patrick podcast that is explaining how important vitamin D levels are. She supplements 4000 IU a d...
