i don't use the tablets as much now, applying it to the skin with the renue cream seems to absorb more than the tablets

they must have worked out how to keep the NMN intact past the stomach.

i'm amazed listened to you, i've tried telling people about this stuff but they seem happy to age (busted body parts , pain etc). 

i intially shaved my scalp to see what might happen, i'll maybe shave my head in a few months time

the serum seems to work in a slightly more subtle way - i don't get the rush in my body after applying the serum compared to the NAD lotion

i decided to get some to see what it might do for my hairline, skin - anything i used the renue NAD lotion on my scalp initially as a precursor until i received the serum it got rid of this horrible problem with heat rash (?) spots that started appearing about 3 years ago (maybe more) out of the blu...

the main purpose for me is retaining health, sure you can stay alive longer but whats that without actual good health

i've found improvements in stamina and muscle soreness disappearing

it does work in many different ways i suspect
