As a 47-year-old male, what would you consider an appropriate dosage to be? Is one lipo capsule roughly equivalent to ...

Re: Age-related hair loss and vitamin E

It sounds like there are many things that can do 'some good' with protecting and possibly even re-growing hair, especially if it is combined with micro-needling.

Re: New Mayo Clinic Human Trial More Than Doubles Fisetin Protocol Dose

By the way, I have just completed the 5 mo. protocol and it works. I think doing this protocol once a yr would be good for the body along with doing some detoxes to help restore good health.   Right behind you drkris69. I have one more month to go to finish my 5 month Fisetin protocol and I agree t...

Re: What are your results from a Fasting Mimicking Diet

I have just finished a week of fasting mimicking. I rarely have the self control to NOT eat after 5:30 pm (dinner time) but I managed to hold firm for 7 days, I kept my protein low and my portions small.  The only indication i was doing it right is that I feel great. I may even have lost a couple po...

Re: Stacking NMN, Resveratrol and a weight loss supplement

May i ask how the weight loss supplements are supposed to work?

I can see they have vitamins, but I can't in my mind connect them to losing weight.

Re: Knee pain for 84 year old

2 years ago, I had bad knee pain.  I started with Drs Best Glucosamine, Chondroitin and MSM.  6 months later I tried Purity Product's Joint Gel, which is a little different.  Then I combined both - Alternating between the two.  Two years and a month later I am running 4.25 miles, 5 days a week with...

Re: When does aging begin? This research might give us anwser

Personally, I think aging will begin as soon as we reach our reproductive years.. our body's program changes us and our immune response is extremely strong at the beginning... then after a few years, everything slowly wanes, with a major drop off, especially for women when they pass the period of b...

I guess green tea extract would contain both l-theanine and EGCG both of which have reputations for longevity. So how would we split that hair?
