Re: Ca akg, before and after age test

I think the best test is the one for levels of inflammation, since that is what CaAKG primarily does, is reduce inflammation. You can take it in a number of places, but RBS offers the High Sensitivity C reactive protein test. I recommend taking it now, then around 3 weeks after taking CaAKG for at ...

Re: Restoring Collagen and Elastin on face

Obviously the serum with methylene blue is a candidate. It is reported to target both of these things.

Re: Physical BP snd Cholesterol down

Thanks everyone!

I find that i don't have any nausea anymore. My doctor suggested it could be high blood pressure making me feel a bit nauseous. This was over a year ago. I am glad to not have to deal with it now... it has been many months.

Re: Exercise as senolytics

I was posting about fighting inflammation with supplements rather than over the counter medications like Ibuprofen or ASA. But a great way to clear out inflammation is to have a good aerobic run for at least 25 minutes.

I always forget, but when i am running regularly, i don't have aches and pains.

When I consider chronic inflammation of any kind, i absolutely agree. Obviously supplemental releif would be preferable to Ibuprophen or Aspirin.

Re: Exercise as senolytics

Well, whatever the form. cardiovascular exercise of any form is an antiaging activity. It washes out bad hormones like cortisol and catecholamines caused by stress, reduces inflammation, strnegthens our hard, helps our entire CV system perfom better and is good for the brain.
