I have to agree. Both my partner and I got sick while on a trip in china. Totally forgot about taking NMN until day 2 because I was so sick, 750mg dose and felt immediately better later that day. While my gf didn't take any and only got worse

I wonder if that's more about prevention rather than repair in regards to GI issues though
