Re: Interesting results from latest blood test
On 8/22/22, had my latest blood test, with previous blood test happening before I started any liposomal products from RBS in December of 2021. The current lipo products I consume are: lipo NR, started 1/22, lipo CaAKG, started 3/22, lipo berberine started 3/22, lipo quercetin 4/22, lipo apigenin 5...

Re: Long term effects of taking Berberine. Do i need to cycle?
The suspicion is that, like metformin, the long term effects are longevity.
I cycle everything i take 6/1. some times 5/2
but if i am having a bad day for carbs and sugar, i load up.

Re: Reproduction Support
I think we have had one or two women in there very early 40s talking about menopause being slowed down or even reversed with NMN. I am not aware of any fertility benefits from NMN outside of that context. Here are some studies at the NIH related to NMN or NAD+ and fertility but i do think they are b...

Re: Post Covid where is your longevity budget now?
Thanks, NewLifeScience! Still trying to get a handle on what the sweet spot is :) The next thing I want to nail down is the pulsing/cycling aspect. I see you do this, and your post was super helpful. About 3 years back i was taking SL NMN tablets, starting with `125 mg and eventually ending u...

Yes ibuprophen is nasty. So NMN, NAD+, Curcumin and Apigenin are great substitutes

Re: AKG Alpha-Ketoglutarate Age Reversal proof by Dr. David Sinclair
Here is a link to the original study I believe this is based on. I started on standard AKG about 8 months ago and recently switched to RBS lipo AKG. Rejuvant®, a potential life-extending compound formulation with alpha-ketoglutarate and vitamins, conferred an average 8 year reduction in biological ...

Re: Exciting NEW 2nd Generation Senolytics are Coming Soon
I have been taking grape seed extract for 3 weeks and have noticed another slight weight loss. Considering my activity hasn't changed much, i suspect this is related to autophagy. Just a suspicion. That's great Canadahealthy! I have taken Grapeseed for a long time but never noticed any discernibl...

Re: Anyone fasting or planning to?
I have an easy time fasting. At times where I've been very busy in life, I've known myself to go 48 hours without eating just because I'm too busy to eat. I've always wanted to do a longer water fast, but you can't do it and train. I injured my knee a bit in BJJ on Monday, so figured this is the ...

Re: Exciting NEW 2nd Generation Senolytics are Coming Soon
This is really fantastic. I agree. We are zooming forward with our ability to turn on survival switches that can clear out bad cells, refresh our mitochondira, renew cells with our epigenetic infom reduce inflammation and reverse damage to many of our tissues. Certsainly a long way from vitamin C...

Re: Best time to take Liposomal Gel NMN/Resveratrol?
When we take liposomal Gel, it is essentially a timed release form of the contents, but I can never get used to the idea so i take anything with NMN or NAD+ in the morning.
