Re: Grape Seed Extract PCC1 Extends Lifespan Report

Re: Over two years to get Covid

That is a remarkable story. You obviously took the right degree of precautions, but considering ow contagioud the newest variants are, I would think it was impossible to do what you did. I think it was the vaccinations and NMN coupled with very rare and low level exposure times. Good news regardless!

Re: NMN with Apigenin

I have to agree with Newage, start with a Blood test and see where your inflammatory markers are and go from there. Also, how is your lifestyle? Do you have alot of stress? Do you workout daily? Is you diet clean? All of these factors matter. ;)     No stress. I enjoy life 100%. Though, that leads ...

I had never heard of this until there was something on TV talking about it helping with heart health.

Since we have it in LSG format, I will give it a try.

Re: My NMN Diary

Haven't been active here so thought I'd check in and post an update. I've still been taking the ABS NMN w/Resveratrol gel.  I wasn't much of an exerciser before but I'm now working out approx 6 days a week. Mixture of body weight resistance training, interval training and I've even started playing ...

Re: LSG HA

Usually if it is anywhere near 30 (faranheit, i guess that is below 0 celcius) and i am out and about, i have had this dull ache in my knees that can last until i have a hot bath. But i am not getting the sore knees. What do you know. W...

Well it certainly is noticeable this time. My skin does look smoother.

Enough of a difference to keep ordering. :)
