Re: Defender
I just got Restore PM as an SL spray. It is definitely designed for sleep. It says so right on the bottle. I think this one is for night time / sleep for sure, while Defender is optional.

Re: NMN Side Effect - Feeling hot early in the morning
Hi and welcome to the forum.
I am not certain there is enough information to sort this out.
Are you sure you haven't come down with a mild cold or flu?
I take my NMN in the AM because it can sometimes affect sleep.
I don't know enough about thyroid or thyroid medication to comment further.

Re: Bowflex and Punching bag
Well I was on Facebook marketplace the other night. Bowflexes for sale everywhere. I can get an advanced version of what I had paid thousands for years ago - for under $400. That's crazy and awesome. Gonna get all buff! I might look into a used bowflex but the knock on them has always been that ...

Re: Experience Reversing Age?
Hi all, A general question - I've been on Lipo Nad+ complete and the Lipo Activator for a couple of month so far and feel good. I'm 36 so this is likely a maintenance/longevity investment VS trying to recapture my youth. That said - I've noticed that I no longer get hangovers and would say I'm look...

Re: STUDY: Intranasal and injectable gene therapy for life extension
Scientists have discovered that cytomegalovirus (CMV) can be used as a monthly inhaled gene therapy for delivering the exogenous genes TERT or FST safely and effectively. Exogenous telomerase reverse transcriptase or follistatin genes were safely and effectively delivered in mice. The treatment sig...

Re: Mayo Clinc Protocol?
When researching the Mayo Clinc Prototcol on Pub Med I discovered that "Patents on senolytic drugs and their uses are held by Mayo Clinic and the University of Minnesota" While I am not discounting the benefits of this protocol, before I begin it, I wanted to make sure there was no confl...
