Re: Magic number for 85+ parent 500mg Lipo NMN
Sounds a lot like my mother, 88. Two years ago on deaths door. I saw slow steady improvement with NMN, then LIPO Complete. But things really started to improve when the LIPO CaAKG was added. CaAKG might be the big game changer. Especially when they are frail with osteo.

Re: New Harvard-led study says good sleep hygiene can add years to your life
I ordered the LIPO Restore PM product that was on-sale this weekend. I believe all the ingredient are good for sleep. I'm hoping that it will work longer than the CBD gummies. Hopefully 7 -9 hours a night with the deep sleep advertised. Wth the discount, it is actually cheaper than the CBD and m...

Re: NMN Improves Obesity, Inflammation, Glucose & Lipids in Obese Mice
Just wondering why the control group mice needed to take a placebo. Did they know a test was being conducted and that other mice were getting NMN? Maybe their feelings would be hurt if they were left out of getting a shot or parcel of food?

Re: New Harvard-led study says good sleep hygiene can add years to your life
50 mg per gummy. The package says take 4 gummies which would be 200 mgs. We have been doing 1 gummy or 50 mgs with mixed results. For my mother: 7 out of first 10 days were fairly good. 8 hours of sleep for 7 days. 2 nights it didn't work at all. 1 night was so, so. I'm going to try 50 mg when ...

More like "Covid shots and Covid Boosters ARE causing blood clots" and cancer, premature deaths, infertility, etc. VAID - Vacine Acuired Immune Defeciency. (Look up Ed Dowd - Outstanding mathmatical analyis he is doing soon will be front and center)

Re: New Harvard-led study says good sleep hygiene can add years to your life
I have had trouble with my mother waking up at night with Sundown Syndrom. It got to the point where it was every night from 3 am to 6 am. Needless to say, I haven't been getting good sleep. A friend suggest CBD gummies. I tried everythingn else, so I figured I'd give it a try. Gave her half of...

Re: Defender
I'm happy to get the discount today for Defender and CaAKG. I'm stocked up for the year. MWF with Defender, T & T for CaAKG. Weekends off. If I keep getting younger, I might cut back to only MWF with Defender only, after my new bottle of CaAKG is gone. (LOL)

Defender
I'm curious as to why the Defender product's name has been changed from Defender to Defender PM. I was taking Defender in the morning. Should I now take it a night. I do not think the ingredients changed at all. Please advise. ???

It didn't say it, but I'm thinking this would be great if it could do cartilage for knees. I would much rather have 3d cartilage, than a total knee replacement down the road. (Total knee - One of my biggest fears.)
