Come to think of it. Yes. I find myself lifting things now that i would have hesitated to 2 years ago. So a noticeable difference.

I do 6 do days a week now, skipping a day to avoid homeostasis and using it the other 6 to fuel my busy life and keep me feeling young.

I have read some of the discussions about OO in past posts.

Just wondering if anyone in Canada can swear by a brand being 100% real OO.

I have known 2 unfortunate individuals who developed macular degeneration, but didn't see their Optometrist until their central field of vision began to cloud over. The unfortunate thing is that it is mostly too late, since the supplements that can halt it or at least slow it down could take months...

Wow you guys are doing really good with your budgets!

if i add in my skin care regimen, i am probably up aroung $160 US. I am happy with that though. It certainly isn't too much for bleeding edge science based antiaging products.
