Come to think of it. Yes. I find myself lifting things now that i would have hesitated to 2 years ago. So a noticeable difference.

I do 6 do days a week now, skipping a day to avoid homeostasis and using it the other 6 to fuel my busy life and keep me feeling young.

Very helpful information. i need to try it out.

Just wondering if anyone in Canada can swear by a brand being 100% real OO.
 

I am not sure why a skin serum contains Methylene Blue, and wonder if anyone else may know?

if i add in my skin care regimen, i am probably up aroung $160 US. I am happy with that though. It certainly isn't too much for bleeding edge science based antiaging products.
