Re: Starting Akg

Hey CanadaHealthy I don't think i will do the test. I am a bit younger than some here and i think I will save my testing for something next level. I do a lot to fight inflammation and have a pretty good regimen, but i think I'd rather wait it out and see how i feel after a couple years. I also expec...

Re: How often to apply?

I work my serum in every night after I remove my makeup. I have been using it for close to a year and have notice my skin evening out and lightening up. I think only another woman can understand the joys of being in your late 40s, seeing lines creeping in, expscially between my nose and cheek and al...

Re: Continuous Blood Glucose Monitors

I use Berberine for the same reason. I personally think that anyone needs to be aware that when they eat/drink a sugary substance or eat simple carbs that they are giving their body a hit. I just can't eat sweets the way i did before I became aware of sugar issues, which was actually in my teens. I ...

Re: NMN newbie - Please help

I only take NMN and can tell by my energy levels, and more importantly the rapid resuperation after workouts that my NAD+ levels are boosted by NMN alone. If I had to choose between the 2,  NMN wins hands down since it builds levels over time and has other great benefits.   How are you taking it an...

Starting Akg

I just had my first dose of Akg. I actually did feel a bit stimulated but that is likely placebo.

I am going to try to get my mother on board as well, and we will compare notes in 6 weeks.

Re: Telomeres; let's make a master list

Now, I understand your big list NewLifeCanada. You want to age backwards. That is very interesting, since the items in your list appear to check out. I don't know the difference between naturally occurring lengthy telomeres and enhanced telomeres. Since they are a protective strand on each end... i ...

Re: NMN for liver fibrosis

While Milk Thistle has been shown to improve liver health, I can't think of anything better than NMN to speed up the recovery process from Fibrosis.

On top of that, with damage comes inflammation and while NMN is also awesome for inflammation, Curcumin is right up there as well.
