I still enjoy the odd beer or two, and to be honest, i take berberine when I do have a beer, and double it if i have multiple beers. That was what i used to do with Berberine. I only used it when i had sugar. But seeing all the things it does now, i think i may used it 5 days per week.

So Zinc, Melatonin, Vitamin D and C. I was looking at ways of neutralizing the cykotine storm. I think high doses of Curcumin and moderate doses of Zinc can do it.
