I agree with Boxcost. You are taking way too much. I give my 88-year-old mother 1 and it has done wonders. At 56 I just take Defender, which has less of it, but enough for a younger person. Maybe just try Defender at your age.

Government involvement will only make things cost more and more difficult to get. You will need to see a doctor and get prescriptions for what you can get now on your own. Check out health care costs and education costs since Obamacare and Student Loan takeover. Government involvement only adds i...

Re: Study identifies drug that could increase lifespan
Thanks. I'm better now. I was having a bad time there a while back. Not only is it physically draining to take care of an elderly parent, the emotional toll may be worse. On a positive note, I have been giving my mom lipo Resveratrol, NAD Complete, Quercetin, Berberine, and CaAKG for several mon...

Re: Berberine and Metformin
I'm sorry, I do not know how to create a new post. But I have a survey question concerning Berberine. The question is: Does anyone get jittery or itchy when taking Berberine? I take care of my mother who is almost 88. She scratch's her skin to bleeding. I'm wondering if Berberine is causing it...

I wish there was a like button. Some post are pretty funny or just good info and I don't feel like commenting, but would like to acknowledge somehow.
