NMN and or NAD Suppositories

Post by forresthealth »

I have a fair amount of experience with NR, NMN and NAD. IV, sublingual and nasal spray. My question is whether anyone has any info on the use, dosage and efficacy of doing any or all of them as suppositories?

What would you say would be the ideal program including substance, dose and delivery method?

Dr. Steve

Dr. Steve,
First welcome.  I have used suppositories in the clinics for several different reasons and have had great results.  One it is something that the patient can do at home and second it is readily absorbed.  We also use ozone in a suppository form.

Hey Doc, I have had very good, noticeable results with NMN suppositories, 500mg. Am now trying a combo of 300 NMN, 300 NAD.

Can you give any feedback on which of these you have seen better results or do you think the combo approach may be best.

The results from 500mg as a suppository was much greater than sublingual.

Also, curious how you made the ozone suppository, would like to give this a try.

Ok, you got me. What would ozone suppositories be for?

Just wanted to give an anecdotal update.
  • I have had around 18 NAD drips (1000mg) each time.
  • I have used NMN, NR and NAD orally.
  • I have used NMN sublingually, nasally and suppository.
  • I have used NAD IV, nasally and suppository.
My experience so far, and this is a sample of 1.
  • Best overall route of administration based on effects: suppository ( I use 500mg NAD + 500mg NMN daily)
  • Second best: 100-200 NAD nasally.
I have never noticed anything taking NR orally even after a year of use.
Never noticed much using NMN sublingually or orally after 18 months.

Remember this is a sample of 1, your milage may vary.

Where do you purchase/source your NAD+ suppositories?  I would like to try this alternative.  Do you think the effect is more pronounced than NAD+ sublingual?
