So far so good...but it has only been one night so will update after a week for all you other light sleepers out there..
Time to jump on board Drkris69...My plan going forward is to do this Protocol at least once every 12months..
1) A mthfr gene mutation test..
2) A homocysteine level test..
3) A B12 and Folate level test
4) A Testosterone level test..
They all go hand in hand and any individual negative results can affect the other listed tests outcomes..
As always it should be something discussed with your health professional. In saying that you need a health professional that is prepared to look from outside the box.

If only the general population new about the benefits of some pathology test results in the right hands..by that I mean your own hands with your own appropriate personal research and under the guidance of an understanding Health Professional..Not to many of those out there unfortunately.
