Just a word of caution.  Apigenin has been shown to lower CD38 levels, which means less NAD+ is consumed in the body, however CD38 is still needed for other biological processes so it's advised not to overdo the Apigenin.  Because the liposomal version is strong, I take 1 capsule daily.

I was going to take lipo apigenin and lipo quercetin, is that fine? I was going to take them instead of lipo nmn with one or the other. Maybe 250 sublingual nmn or so to top off

The Lipo version is much more bioavailable so one or two of each should be fine..

My Lipo Apigenin has just arrived so I’m very keen to add it to my stack taking into account Jocko’s above advice.
All my supplements are 5 days on Monday to Friday with Weekends off. In my view it gives the body a chance to “reset”each week supplement free..
