The only thing that I have different from your list is I am also stacking Milk Thistle and Tudca for liver health. Years ago when I was more sedentary, I developed a fatty liver from eating too many carbs (sugar). Things are back to normal now and have been but now I like to help the old liver and give it some nutrients that it needs.  ;)

Yes mate, the above list shows only my RenueByScience stack. I also take other supplements including Milk Thistle which I also rate highly.
I have just finished my 3 days (first month) of the Mayo Clinic (5 month)  Fisetin Protocol..

I think the Fisetin Protocol may help with your Fatty Liver issue also. It seems to help with Reflux and other inflammatory problems.. here’s hoping mate.. :o

"No matter if you are 20 or 84, your liver stays on average just under three years old," says molecular biologist Olaf Bergmann from the Dresden University of Technology in Germany."

You are all good on your liver drkris69, after all the good stuff you are doing you could say your liver has been born again like new! :)

Check out Pregnenolone mate.
The first Precursor Hormone in the chain.
Unbelievable addition for cognitive function and wellbeing. I just started on it again.
I was on it about 5 years ago but drifted away from it and I’m not sure why...
All colours, flowers, greenery etc are highly visually enhanced when you take it along with many other health benefits.. :o

I mentioned this once before but my “go to” as soon as I rise of a morning is 100 mls (1x fifth of a can) of sugar free energy drink. Clears the “heavy sleep cobwebs” and sets the day..
Decanter the can and it lasts for the 5 day supplement intake.
I have an issue with tea and coffee so this is my kickstart..
