AliveByScience LIpo HA ....If this is not one of the best supplements for joint mobility that I have ever used then I’m a bad judge. I have a troublesome left hip from older age, wear and tear etc..etc.. I started taking my LIpo HA a couple of weeks ago and the improvement in that hip area is unbelievable and it happened so quickly. I have taken supplements long enough to know about “placebo effects” and this is definitely not the case.
I store all my supplements in line by way of order of merit and (ABS) Lipo HA has jumped a couple of serious spots towards the head of the    storage line.

Hi Newage, how much LIPO HA are you dosing?

I am at one capsule a day (150mg), 6 days a week.

Hi Boxcost..
One ABS Lipo HA  per day at the moment as per the bottle directions.  It is the only supplement that I’m taking 7 days a week (everything else are weekends off)
I am trying to build it into my system but in the near future I would like to bump it up to 2 Capsules per day for 5 days a week in line with all of my other supplements. I’m trying to get some outside guidelines on this as it’s a bit hard to determine the Lipo absorption factor. Jocko might like to weigh into this with some in-house advice....
Most supplement manufacturers put minimum dosage quantities as directions on supplement containers to be on the safe side.

I have over the years tried MSM, Glucosamine, Non Steroidal Anti inflammatories and a host of other treatments with limited success for an ongoing hip (joint) issue from wear and tear.
In my view nothing “holds a candle” compared to the results of AliveByScience Lipo HA...
My thoughts only, but anyone with joint issues or ongoing pain do yourself a big favour....

Hey Boxcost.
I’m thinking (2) ABS Lipo HA Capsules per day for 5 days per week.
One morning and one before bed for it to create it’s magic in sleep recovery mode.
See if one of us can source or sort out any reliable dosage amounts taking into account that it is Liposomal Formula.
One or both of us may need to be the “guinea pig” for a bumped up dosage... :ugeek:

Observations here are that strength has been maintained (though I did dial back significantly on the number of reps so as not to overdo it), and aerobic capacity has even improved as today I did a best for this year without feeling i was pushing it (albeit not an overall personal best). Have to say, after each of the zone 2 sessions I felt really good and the vague symptoms that I continue to have (the slightest of sore throats and the odd cough both of which are only about when the air becomes dry as the central heating kicks in) disappear for several hours. Maybe its just the endorphins kicking in.....who knows.
Too many variables (is diet, NMN or other supplements) to know what has made it much easier for me compared to my son who had headaches, vomiting and aching muscles (though no sore throat or cough), but has now made a full recovery (I'm approx 5 days behind him).

Final update on this as I'm now testing negative with no lasting ill-effects.
I strongly believe moderate aerobic exercise is very beneficial if one succumbs to the virus. All the way through this I was feeling completely normal and symptom free after an hour of zone 2 training.
Best of luck to anyone else who catches it.

A good and fast recovery RobSmith.
Lifestyle, Mindset and Supplements probably helped with all of that.  👍

Hi Newage, Will need to do some more research.

ABS HA is at 150MG, looking at other supplements typical dosage is 200 to 300mg per day, while a few others suggest 1,000 mg per day. These are all not Liposomal formulations like the ABS LIPO HA. Efficiency of liposomal is like 3x to 5 x but this was against B12 which has issues with absorption, why most B12 supplements are sublingual. HA seems to not have the same level of absorption issues from what I can see (could be wrong), but liposomal will definitely get more of it into the body than normal formulations.

This is a good summary of research and different dosage levels that have been tested. All the doses seem pretty low:

More study to do to get my head around it, in reading through some papers it does show that this stuff works! ...but we knew that already ;)

Thanks Boxcost.
if the equation comparison is close to right then 2 Capsules of ABS Lipo HLA would be 900 to 1500 milligrams of standard HLA..
That would be right up there with top end dosage I would suspect..As you say a bit more research to be done before “diving in”...🤔

Maybe Newage it is a "burst on and burst off thing" in terms of higher dosage? Say if there is a problem needing attention example a hip or knee flares up up. Then a protocol as you suggested, double the standard ABS dose, 5 days in a week, then back off when "resolved" to "maintenance mode"?

For me at the moment, I don't really have any troublesome or chronic parts anymore so the maintenance mode is looking sufficient.

Btw I define "maintenance mode" for myself as 1 x ABS LIPO HA, 6 days a week.

Oh in saying I don't have any troublesome parts I have had a right foot issue but long vanquished, back again. Could have (should have) been another 2-3 week minimum as a pain point, I applied Renue serum and the lotion a couple of times and its now gone vanquished again. Love this stuff! :D
