drkris69 wrote: Fri Jan 14, 2022 11:30 am You know the Fisetin protocol improved my UC. Ive been in remission since August. In fact, right after the 1st month of doing the protocol is when I noticed considerable less inflammation in my gut and my UC symptoms started to subside. I used to have to take a very expensive medication called Canasa for UC and now Im off and have been for months now.

Great news, drkris!  Fisetin is pretty amazing.

My hs-CRP is very low at 0.2.

I will give the win to you Jocko (lol 😂)
as our CRP pathology measuring system over here will only quantify my results as less than <1....I will never  know if I’m down near your very low (.2)

Yes, as we know inflammation can end up “the be all, end all” when it comes to ageing and wellness. The lower the levels the better the body feels. Honestly, with my markers less than <1 my body feels more like a 30 year olds.
When I sit at the coffee shop and watch the people around my age going past, some hobbling, some pushing walkers I sometimes have to wonder what could be achieved if they had a bit of direction with their ageing battles and associated health...

I’m not sure but I will check it out.  Most of our bloodwork is free if requested by a Health Professional by way of our health system.
Inside Tracker would be more specific in targeting overall results...

I answered an email recently regarding the latest Mayo Clinic fisetin protocol.  Will post again for clarification.

There are 55 servings of Alive by Science Fisetin per bottle.  A serving is 2 pumps, so there are 110 pumps per bottle total.

2 pumps of Fisetin = 75mg

The Mayo Clinic human trial for fisetin - protocol they used over 5 months as follows
3 days on fisetin, 1 month rest, repeat over 5 months total.

The following is calculated for a 190 lb person.
24 pumps per day = 900mg liposomal fisetin per day
3 days on fisetin each month x 5 months = 15 days on fisetin total
@24 pumps per day times 15 days = 360 pumps = 3 1/4 bottles of fisetin

You'll need 4 bottles of fisetin to replicate the latest Mayo Clinic fisetin protocol

I highly recommend anyone fighting inflammation to try this protocol. As of now, I have to say it has put me into remission where before I was suffering with Ulcerative Colitis daily. This protocol works guys! ;)

Hello people.

I am a female in my mid 40’s, 50kg so I took fisetin 1000mg for 2 days.
It made me feel very exhausted and drained, a bit of headache, also my heart beat harder than usual, sometimes quite hard for couple of seconds.
its been almost 6days since I stopped taking it but still feeling these symptoms. It’s fading but very slowly and I don’t feel anything positive at the moment.
Is this normal to feel this way?
what is the cause of these symptoms? Is this something to do with my blood pressure? I haven’t measured my blood pressure lately but usually it’s a bit low but in normal range.

I would appreciate very much if any health care expert answer my question.
thank you.
