Hi All- I'm approaching my 5th month for the Mayo Clinic Protocol. For all of you who have completed one round, what's next? I haven't done anything else like NAD+ or NAD+ boosters. Nor have I taken any other ongoing senolytics. Your ideas and experiences would be most welcome!
When you're finished with your 5th month on Fisetin, you might want to check your hs-CRP levels to see where you're at. Maybe continue to do this test annually or semi-annually to watch out for increased levels of systemic inflammation, a possible sign of more senescent cells.

The NAD+ boosters are always a good idea to restore more youthful levels as we age.

Just received my results of another CRP blood test to monitor inflammation markers and this time I requested a highly sensitive test. On our scale of 1 to 10 being in the acceptable range I was ( point 6 ) not bad for an old guy but you still win the contest jocko with your point 2 (At this point of time anyway, I’m still working on it)
Have you had yours done Drkris69 ?
The three way challenge to see who can get down to the lowest reading..

That's a good score, Newage! Your tests can vary somewhat depending on whether you're under stress, fighting an infection, or other variables. I had one outlier test that was 1.3, but I wasn't feeling great and think I was fighting a virus.

Thanks Jocko. I’m happy with the point 6, especially at my age. I put it down to RBS supplements specifically the Lipo Fisetin and the Mayo Protocol not forgetting lifestyle, exercise, diet and mindset also playing a major part in the low results.
As we all know low inflammation levels guided by low markers have a significant impact on health and possibly enhanced longevity.
I think having the test done to determine the inflammation markers is a very good starting point on one’s journey to good health and wellbeing..

Does just taking NMN have any of the same affects as fisetin?

No, Fisetin is a strong therapeutic senolytic targetting senescent cells, moatly fat cells, and affects a large number of cells per dose.
People in here had reported actually losing weight after using Fisetin, suggesting a very large volume of cells are being sloughed off.

it seems NMN can trigger autophagy in some cells as well.

All the RBS products do their own bit towards overall positive results in the big picture.
It’s about product balance and the consistency of dosage..

Some of these studies should be wrapping up by now.
