i agree about this. It is an AMPK activator, so we should be taking this or metformin.

 
I forgot about this. Now I am definitely taking this 5 times a week.

So it's one of the big 3 switches in age reversal and can undo a bit of sweet tooth behaviour.

I guess I willtry the Lipo berberine, as i have read it isn't very bioavailable.

Yes, good idea as TedB mentioned as little at 0.0.5% of the powdered form in capsules actually gets absorbed. A ton of waste.
