My NMN Diary

Post by naruto123 »

Thought I would use this thread to periodically share my anecdotal feedback.

Friday 07/01:
Took my 1st dose of ABS LIPO gel NMN w/Resveratrol at around 1230. Bit later than I wanted to but it only arrived an hour earlier. Fruity taste, no issues going down. Btw I only took 2 pumps which is 240mg NMN. The dosage instructions mention x2 but I'm starting off low and will build up if needed.

Not sure if this was placebo effect but I felt a bit more energetic at 5pm. By that time usually I'm feeling drained and ready to log off work. My mood also felt slightly on the up side.

Went to be later than usual (0045) and wasn't able to get to sleep till 0150. At first I thought this could be the NMN, but then I've had this issue in the past when sleep past my usual bedtime (2230-2300). Slept a solid 7 hours without interruptions and had 2 dreams. I dream quite often tbh and they were no more vivid than usual.

Probably just placebo but give it a couple of weeks for it to really kick in. Try to take 5 days on and 2 days off to allow your body to rest and reset.

08/01: 6/10
Overall not a good day. Took 2 pumps of the gel as well as 125mg of Resveratol (brand Longevity box). My reason for this is I wanted to top up on Resveratrol in order to have more of an even ratio with the NMN.

Soon after felt light headed and this didn't go away until I had dinner that evening. I had planned to do 3-4 hours of study but wasn't able to focus due to the light headedness, so ended up just watching Book of Boba Fett and chilled.

I do a 17/18 hour IF and have only a protein shake and fruit in the late afternoon usually. So my main meal isn't until dinner time. The light headedness could also be due to me not replenishing my electrolytes.

Went to bed at around 10pm and slept like a baby. Will be using only the ABS stuff tomorrow.

09/01: 8/10Took only the ABS NMN today and felt much better. No crazy light headedness like yesterday. Was able to study for a good 4 hours.Did also drink rock salt water in the morning to help with electrolyte depletion.

Other than a weird and unusually vivid dream I slept very well.

Will make these updates once a week going forward.

“Spot on” A lot of the problems arise when a combination of Supplement Brands are mixed and if something is amiss it then makes it so much harder to work out which product or brand is the culprit.. :ugeek:

Hi all. How long does NMN stay in your system? I've still been feeling a bit light headed after using NMN, although nowhere near as bad as when I tried that other brand Resveratrol.

I imagine that is the route for the LSG NMN?
