I never really figured out if i had Rosacea on not. I occasionally would get a mottled rash on my face on each side of my nose and it was tender.

The reason I think it would work on the face for spider veins is that they are so close to the surface. In fact they are probably not spider veins in the sense that spider veins are usually permanent. But the kind on the face (my mom had them after being out in the cold and wind) tend to heal quickly with the right stuff.

Yes, I believe it would help.  NAD+ has been shown to make veins and arteries younger.
