Article: "The secret of the 'super-agers': why some people remain sharp in their later years"

This article was interesting as it discussed "super-agers":  "elderly people whose sharp minds avoid typical age-related declines".

It talks about how different super-agers' brains are compared to non-super-agers, but since the study is still somewhat new, it doesn't make any recommendations on how one could developer a "super-ager" brain (if possible)...but still interesting nonetheless!   :)

Well I would say along with exercise, NMN and RSV, you want Omega 3's and mushrooms like Lion's Mane and Cordyceps. Anyway that is what i take.

Plus learning. If you are learning new things, it would be much harder for your brain to deteriorate.
