So I was taking 3 per day but now down to 2. This stuff is awesome and I do see a change in my skin and joints.

I am actually noticing a difference in my hands they look younger. I know it's only temporary unless i keep using HA... so I guess I am hooked, lol

I had some stubborn blemishes that havent completely gone away until I started taking HA. They are gone now so I know RBS's HA works. Not to mention my sore shoulders have never felt better.

I break open a capsule and mix it in with a moisturising base and as you say Drkris…. BOOM

Thats my motto....I try to live outside the "box" any chance I get. The other nifty thing you mentioned way back with the spray bottle has been working. Thanks alot mate!
