So who has the best skin care stack?

Post by JanCOhio »

People who have worked on their skin long enough to get the results, remove wrinkles, lighten and tighten skin, reduce appearance of scars... what all did you do? What did you take.

It can't just be one thing.

Yeah it's like in no specific order and I have likely missed something....

Hydrolyzed Collagen
Hyaluronic acid
NMN, NAD+ Boosting
Sleep
Water consumption
No smoking or heavy drinking
Limit or eliminate processed foods and refined sugar
Exercise...just do it!
Cacao Powder, super food...great diet
Reduce Stress so meditate, get into nature, take Apigenin and/or Ashwaganda..find a way!

Into physical skin care....
Sun Screen
Exfoliate
NAD+ lots of other goodies in Serum, so basically Renue Body Serum
Insert your preferred moisturising lotion, preferably with Methylene Blue

On the last one a NAD+ lotion followed with less moisturising lotion is what I do, again Renue Face and Body lotion.

What else could you all add to the list?

Well I think are winner posted first.

I use retinol A, Olive Oil, and have avocado, carrots, wheat germ and bell peppers among many others for a daily smoothie.

Great regimen.

The only thing I would add is to avoid washing with soap too often. If your face is red, or pores are extra visible, or skin is too dry, it may be time to use soap less and perhaps a milder soap.

Looks like this is all aimed at keeping collagen and elastin levels up.

Anyone have a stack for scars? I don't really have a lot of scarring, but i know it's a big deal.

I have noticed that when I jog on the treadmill for at least 30 min in total, I get a great sweat going, especially on my face, which cleans out my pores. I find that after my shower and being cooled off and dry is the best time to put on Renue Face Serum.
