The dose used here is MUCH lower than what is used to treat psych issues. Lot of supporting data on it.

Actually Lithium at very low doses does two things, it can help burn visceral fat and give alittle energy. 5 mgs for 5 days on 2 days off. Make sure you get the Lithium Orotate.  :D
