Books on Mithocondrial health: David Sinclair and others...

Post by daviddean »

On the next 10 september will be released the book of David Sinclair about ageing and how to prevent it.
David Sinclair doesn't need a presentation, he is actually one of the most accredited scientist on the field of NAD+ and "mithocondrial health".
Here is the link on Amazon:
https://www.amazon.com/Lifespan-Revolut ... 1567077148
I found very interesting also the following two books on the "mitochondrial topic":
Mitochondria and the Future of Medicine: The Key to Understanding Disease, Chronic Illness, Aging, and Life Itself
https://www.amazon.com/Mitochondria-Fut ... oks&sr=1-2

and
Living Well With Mitochondrial Disease: A Handbook for Patients, Parents, and Families
https://www.amazon.com/Living-Well-Mito ... oks&sr=1-1

The last one is abouth the general "mitochondrial disease" but, as pointed up by many scientists, the "mitochondrial syndrome" could be the "common denominator" of all diseases, included the ageing factor.

I can post other books I found interesting to read on this topic....

We are considering publishing it also in Italian with the same publisher who published Jason Fung's famous book "The obesity code"
