I heard Dr Sincalir and some other experts mention they get better results by pulsing some of there supplements. But what specifically does pulsing mean?
I take it to mean not taking the same supplement all the time, and rotating supplements.
Does anyone have more knowledge on if this is correct or how long of a break you should give?

Pulsing basically means some days taking the supplements and then some days not taking them.
A number of people on this forum tend to have one or two days break, typically taking all the supplements during the week and going without at the weekend.
I have been experimenting recently with double NMN/Resveratrol doses for 3 days and then 4 days off. I haven't actually noticed any difference though will continue for a few more weeks. Assuming I still see no difference I'll probably go back to 5 days on and 2 days off.
