So maybe Vitamin E as tretinoin, retinol and Renue serum with micro-needling should make results.

It sounds like there are many things that can do 'some good' with protecting and possibly even re-growing hair, especially if it is combined with micro-needling.

I'm one of the fortunate 33% that have outstanding results using minoxydl.  Some get no benefit at all.  These are usually people with genetic male pattern baldness.  For people who don't get a benefit from minoxydl, I would think the Renue Serum might be a good alternative.
