I am working up to a3 day fast. I manage about a day then just catch up on my eating.
I am on day 2 again and this time will chew carrot and cucumber when i am tempted. This is a new thing for me but i would like to do a big fast this summer. So let's say i am in training.

i think that's a pretty good idea. Lots of chewing and very few calories.
Cabbage leaves are pretty good too.

I should try this. I have been fasting and taking NAD+ complete, fasting one day per week.
I eat too much bread on the other days. I am going to try some chewy vegetables. Maybe even some Genoa salami (my favourite) since fat is preferable to carbs. But carrots... good idea.

I just drink carbonated water and coffee. I am not sure if I should be drinking coffee but as ling as I am not stressed, it seems to help.
