Thats true, so what conditions do you have? Just curious and did you check to see if theres any contraindications in taking NAD boosters? Never can be too safe.
One is IGA nephropathy. Low level kidney disease, but I'm gluten intolerant and it results in inflammation when I eat it (to the kidney's and other organs). Being a foodie I still partake though.
Unfortunately I have SIBO too. Which is a gut imbalance that seeks up nutrients (I take vitamin/other supplements to combat this). I think part of the issue is that the NMN sublingual wasnt bypassing my gut.
Try and reduce the inflammation in your body Livelong.
Begin by organising a blood test to determine the level of inflammatory markers in the body. In an acceptable range of
1 to 10 I’m ( point 6) and Jocko being much younger has got down to (point 2). Both results are extremely low and I’m 70+.
Consistent high inflammatory markers can cause permanent damage to major organs along with premature ageing and other serious health issues. One of the Medical Specialists that I spoke to over here would not believe my results until I showed him the Lab Work.
Im sure that other forum members will agree that body inflammation levels can be “ the be all, end all” when it comes to our longevity quest and general good health.
Once you have your blood work level as a starting point then you can work on it from there. Fisetin Protocol, high quality natural anti inflammatory products etc..etc.
Keep us all up to speed with your tests results if you decide to go that way.
