One is IGA nephropathy. Low level kidney disease, but I'm gluten intolerant and it results in inflammation when I eat it (to the kidney's and other organs). Being a foodie I still partake though.

Unfortunately I have SIBO too. Which is a gut imbalance that seeks up nutrients (I take vitamin/other supplements to combat this). I think part of the issue is that the NMN sublingual wasnt bypassing my gut.

Try and reduce the inflammation in your body Livelong.
Begin by organising a blood test to determine the level of inflammatory markers in the body. In an acceptable range of
1 to 10   I’m ( point 6) and Jocko being much younger has got down to (point 2). Both results are extremely low and I’m 70+.
Consistent high inflammatory markers can cause permanent damage to major organs along with premature ageing and other serious health issues. One of the Medical Specialists that I spoke to over here would not believe my results until I showed him the Lab Work.
Im sure that other forum members will agree that body inflammation levels can be “ the be all, end all” when it comes to our longevity quest and general good health.
Once you have your blood work level as a starting point then you can work on it from there. Fisetin Protocol, high quality natural anti inflammatory products etc..etc.
Keep us all up to speed with your tests results if you decide to go that way.

Maybe a test would be beneficial.

I feel I'm throwing the kitchen sink at the causes of inflammation (my natural ailments and non healthy diet) with a large stack to fight said inflammation: Aside from RBS products, I supplement well in what I feel are the crucial vitamins - A/D/K2/B6/B12/Magnesium/Zinc/C (non synthetic all), good sulforaphane, spices known to combat Ginger (high gingerol %)/Cinnamon, high dose melatonin, a product containing Fisetin/Glycine/Pterostilbene/Rhodiola/lithium/AKG/Glocosamine/Hyaluronic Acid/L-theanine among others. Psyllium husk.

My stack is fairly large. I'm hoping the supplements outweigh what else goes on. They seem to on my lipid panel (my triglycerides are ~80 and the rest is solid).

That is an impressive stack. Have you considered adding Curcumin to this list? I think it i very good for inflammation as well as being senolytic.

I am taking it 3 months on , 3 months off.

Is it a similar compound to quercetin? Do folks take both?

As an antiinflammatory, (it normally comes with piperine to incrrease absorption, but you can also get Lipo Curcumin) it stands apart from quercitin. I take Fisetin and Curcumin.

I have to agree with Newage, start with a Blood test and see where your inflammatory markers are and go from there. Also, how is your lifestyle? Do you have alot of stress? Do you workout daily? Is you diet clean? All of these factors matter. ;)

No stress. I enjoy life 100%. Though, that leads to the bad diet. I eat/drink a lot of sugar, don't intake the health foods I should. My workout (Body by Science) is once a week, strength training and HIIT cardio, once a week. Though I heat stress it up, sauna wise, several times a week.

I fee the workouts and the sauna should be improving the NAD+, overall, for my age. Maybe the bad diet is depleting.

As we all know, SUGAR is problem. When we ingest sugar it shuts down two distinct protein complexes, mTORC1 and mTORC2, are the major regulators of growth in animals and controls most anabolic and catabolic processes in response to nutrients and nutrient-induced signals and sugar shuts this down and in return will ramp up cortisol. If you really want to get great results from these molecules I would limit this highly addicting substance called SUGAR.

I totally agree mate.
My  children grew up in a sugar free household and therefore never sought out lollies or sweets at the shops or supermarkets for the “sugar buzz.”
It is a big issue in the average diet…
