I received my Lsg Apigenin, I have taken it at night and it definitely make for a more restful sleep.

Its great stuff, now add some Magnesium and L-threonine.  ;)

i alternate swith just Apigenin, wuth L-theanine (great for sleep) and both. I is generally for longevity

Thank you folks for all your feed back.

I got my lipo aggenin and i take it at night. I makes for a more restful sleep.
