Mostly rehash but a few interesting things I noticed:

33:30 Sinclair - there is a spike in 2-3 hours, then it goes back down (NAD+ levels from taking NMN)

34:30 Sinclair - Lenny just had a paper that came out yesterday that show parkinsons patient do better… the FIRST study that shows positive benefit in people…..

35:00 Hymann - I have patients I give NAD and tremors get better..

43:00. Sinclair- Talking about NAD+ IV. - I don’t know. It makes sense that it would work.
