The Journey probably involved ups and downs, good and bad times whilst travelling along the sometimes “Rocky” path.
As wonderful as NMN is proving to be, I think it is important to be patient and be prepared to wait for what may well be Life Changing results in the long term. The changes may not happen overnight but may be accumulative and compounded as the body readjusts and resets itself to what we see as “Younger Ageing”
