NAC. What are all the benefits?

Post by michaeljkelly »

I first came across NAC as an antidote to acetominophen overdose.

But it has been mentioned many times here..

Does anyone have a quick list of what it can do?

That's right once NAC gets to the Liver, it turns into Glutathione. They are both great antioxidants. :D
