Hi,

It appears that the 'Restore PM' product has 75mg of lipo apogenin, while the pure 'Lipo Apigenin' has just 35mg.

Does anyone know the reason for this?

I think this explains it

27% of customers achieved vast improvement taking a single capsule alone (35 mg apigenin), while the rest saw better numbers after taking 2 or 3 capsules (70 and 105 mg).

I am currently experimenting with different doses, this week it is 3 x LIPO Apigenin capsules so 105 mg, 30 min odd before jumping into bed.

I was considering it, not for sleep benefits, but for it's role in NAD+ salvaging and increasing NAD levels, rather than just taking NR or NMN.

Looks like I'd get way more for my dollars by taking one Restore cap rather than 2 Lipo Apigenin caps each night.

Everyone is different and the trick is to find your individual sweet spot with all supplements and prescription meds also.
So many doctors prescribe amounts on what the percentages and drug companies tell them without taking into account individual patients reaction to the given drug.
Some sensitive people can only Micro Dose the drug to get similar reactions whether it be benefits or side effects.
