This article turned out to be from his new book, "Outlive:  The Science and Art of Longevity", which was released in March this year.

The main concept discussed in this excerpt was the "Centenarian Decathlon", which he noted "as the 10 most important physical tasks you will want to be able to do for the rest of your life".  It's a list of 50 items and the idea is that his patients pick 10 - 15 items for their own personal Centenarian Decathlon and this list determines their training.
