NMN is still important but most things pale in comparison to an actual cure for old age. NMN is a bridge to help you get to the cure. Having a longer healthspan and avoiding diseases of old age are not unimportant.Longevity36 wrote: ↑Mon Sep 16, 2019 9:43 pm I feel like all this NMN and resveratrol is becoming not that important . It’s almost as if SINCLAIR’s hinting at another way to stay young.

David Sinclair is undoubtedly a leader and a very influential person in the field of anti ageing and longevity. A small concern is that Dr Sinclair began taking Resveratrol and then added NMN to his regime. Now, every time that there is an update about Dr Sinclair he seems to be adding many more supplements and prescription medication to the mix.
Are the waters being “ muddied” a little early for the average follower of his regime both viably and financially and therefore creating a little confusion moving forward towards what we hope to be a great end result. The forum members seem to be getting terrific results from NMN and NAD+ So here’s hoping “we are not spreading our wings to far too early”

You can't ignore his credentials and the amount of time and research he's spent in the field. He's earned a little leeway. You can choose to follow his lead or not. Until human trials are in (which will take many years) it's our best guess. It's like a ship at sea sailing in unchartered waters. We are simply trying to head in the right direction in hopes of finding land.
