NAD+ Regeneration Rescues Lifespan in a Mouse Model of Brain Mitochondrial Disease

Seems that boosting NAD+ is beneficial to mitochondrial function even in mitochondrial disease. Maybe NMN or NR will become FDA-approved for mitochondrial diseases in the future.

Wow, did you read how much it prolonged life? These findings appear robust over different moue models.
