I have been sliding a bit with my fasting.
i am inspired to try 2 days per week, skipping breakfast and lunch. For some reason i find those the easiest to miss.

Canadahealthy.
Quite honestly, intermittent fasting is not that hard once you make the commitment and more importantly break the habit of eating for convenience.
I personally have one day off a week (treat day) from my 5pm to 9am fasting and if I have had a good training week then I may even indulge in two days from fasting but never more than that.
“Sign on the dotted line and give it a go.”
After the first week you will find it much easier.
The longer you stick at it the easier it gets..

I would definitely agree with Newage. It does get easier as time passes. In fact not only did it get easier for me, I was actually not hungry at all in the morning and if I was given the choice to eat or not, I'd rather not. The absolute hardest time for me to fast is when I am at social events with friends that are eating and drinking. I tend to make these my cheat days and get back to my regiment afterwards.

Agree Vandevalk1 - it's the social events where I also tend to slide with my intermittent fasting plans! When that happens, I'll just skip breakfast the next day and have a big lunch and then no dinner.

I rearrange my “treat” day or days to coincide with social events but Xmas and the Festive Season is a lot harder..
But “What The” It only happens once a year and I have posted before about enjoying the Now Time and the importance of Life’s Balance.
