Thanks for this Fred! I didn’t know this was out there yet. Dr. Rhonda Patrick is so well versed and articulate all while keeping it interesting and easy to follow for the people without a medical or nutritionalists degree. Can’t wait to put this one on, on the ride home.

These guys are givin us “fellacio” so to speak. It’s like they know what the answer is already to rewind the clock. And all these supplements are to basically keep us on ice! To keep our organs intact in the meantime . Has anyone read the book Sinclair wrote? It’s very telling. The direction these scientists are going is miraculous .and it’s not just Sinclair and his lab. It’s a bulk of them discovering and chiming in and sharing data. These young Asian scientists are running with it. It’s an awesome thing to read about. Imagine? Regrowing a damaged optic nerve. I wonder how it works ? For those that know what I’m talking about. When we rewind the clock. Will our teeth fall out and regrow?

Great video I posted it last week on one of the other posts. Thanks for breaking it down like you did Fred.

So this question goes to ALIVE BY NATURE. Sinclair in this video mentions NMN having a poor shelf life & needing to be refrigerated or it could turn into a poisonous form of NMN. What’s up with this?

The Part 18 interview " 18. Why keeping NR & NMN supplements cold is crucial [Link]" explains it fully.Longevity36 wrote: ↑Tue Nov 12, 2019 2:00 am So this question goes to ALIVE BY NATURE. NMN has a limited shelf life AND MUST BE KEPT COLD, unless it is in the stabilised form. [/size]
Degraded NMN turns into nasty nicotinamide which has a negative influence on certain genes/processes. In the words of Sinclair " It is something you would not want to take in high doses..........etc...... "
The question to Alive By Nature _ "Does the various forms of NMN sold by you have the NMN stabilised against degradation?"
