Great find Pilgrim, (The average can of beer or small glass of wine contains 14 grams of alcohol). The study states that 1gram of alcohol ages the brain 7.5 days! Boy glad I don't drink.

Agreed, but possibly the stress of daily life ages the brain as significantly and the odd glass of red wine may negate a curtain amount of the daily stress response..
